Key for the Week

 

Impressive improvement, and yet there is still more there.  You showed marked improvement in race intensity and focus throughout the first two miles of the race.  Now, you must focus on finishing aggressively.  Focus on consciously making the third mile your strongest as you move relentlessly forward.  Focus on your goals and dreams and let nothing stand in your way.  Close all gaps and race side by side with your teammates to pass anyone and everyone in your sights.  You must practice this focus and intensity every day in practice.  Thus it will become second nature to you. Training and racing confidently and aggressively with your teammates will lead to the realization of your goals and dreams.
