“The five S’s of sports training are: stamina, speed, strength, skill, and spirit; but the greatest of these is spirit.” – Ken Doherty
🔙 Last Week Recap
We’ve just completed another strong week of practice, capped off with an extra race at the Central Park Invitational. Our athletes are showing great progress, and we’re proud of their continued commitment.
We were fortunate to enjoy a rare two-day weekend break—something we don’t see often during our 12-week season! Hopefully our varsity athletes and families were able to rest and recharge.
🏅 Athletes of the Week
Congratulations to Wesley Parker and Carol Zhu, both ran strong races at Central Park. Their performances stood out and helped lead the way for the TWOLVES. Great job, Wesley and Carol!
