Last week was our toughest week of the summer camp.  The athletes put in 35 miles of training for the 5day week. The intense training will pay off in next month's racing schedule.  

 

This week is our last week of summer camp. Then we will start the mandatory season training on August 5th.

 

Please come to practice in proper workout clothes and be prepared to workout. DONT FORGET A WATCH AND HYDRATION BOTTLE.
